DELHI-based construction company B L Kashyap & Sons (BLK) has joined hands with developers in Pune and Chennai for developing residential complexes. Vineet Kashyap, managing director, BLK, said the firm would be expanding to more cities in the coming year. "We are looking for solid partnerships with developers from across the country. We also want to join hands companies from other countries that are looking to build in India, either through joint ventures or as equity partners" he said. The company has been registering an average annual growth of 40-50% and its turnover in the last financial year stood at Rs 314 crore, of which over Rs 150 crore came from Bangalore, he said.
